For example, our Multi-skill Modern Manufacturing (M3) program is set up to allow you to practice your skills on-line at home or on the job and then come into the college and become certified on that skill. Along with that is the Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) program that will certify to industry that you have the necessary skills to do the job for them. This is an important tool for your tool- belt, which you can show to your prospective employer.
